CHECK-IN

Our band of Housekeepers are preparing your room/s, which will be available after 15:00 on your day of arrival. If you do reach us ahead of schedule we can look after your luggage. Feel free to grab a brew in our Sports Bar or start exploring this vast resort of ours.

We will setup a room account for you, so you can begin making purchases the minute you arrive. You can visit reception anytime during your stay to pre-authorise your card to ensure a speedy check-out on departure day.

PRE-AUTHORISATION

During check-in our Reception team will ask for a valid debit or credit card to pre-authorise. This is not a charge and no funds will be debited from your account. It's essentially in play to cover charges within the hotel (if any) should you charge anything to your room. A drink or two for example. The amount that we pre-authorise will depend on the number of room nights that you're staying over. This is currently set at £50 per day - heads up.

TABLE RESERVATIONS

Dinner can be taken in either our Dining Room or Terrace Restaurant. For those with dinner inclusive there is a £24.95 allowance per adult towards dinner (food only). We highly recommend guests book their dinner reservation well in advance to avoid disappointment.

We kindly ask that your party is ready to be seated at the time indicated in your booking confirmation. We would also ask you to please notify the restaurant if you are delayed, or we may release the table 15 minutes after the reservation time.

All other meals are chargeable as taken. Children's menus are available upon request.

CHILDREN

Five Lakes Resort welcome families and smaller guests.

Up to three children aged 3 and under can enjoy complimentary breakfast and dinner when sharing a room with two adults on a rate with inclusive meals. All other meals are chargeable as taken for both children and teenagers.

Children and teenagers are welcome to use the swimming pool at the hotel during their stay as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Please note, swimming times need to be pre-booked in advance. Pool slots can be reserved up to three days in advance of your arrival. For health and safety reasons, children are unable to use the gym, sauna, steam room or spa bath.

 

TEE TIMES & TREATMENTS

For those of you who have booked a spa or golf break or for those of you who would like to add a treatment or tee time to your stay, these will need to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. You can do this by calling our Spa on 01621 862324 and our Golf Team on 01621 862326. Alternatively you can email them via the buttons below. Please note treatments and tee times are subject to availability.

LEISURE CLUB

Overnight guests have complimentary use of our Leisure Club facilities. These will be available from 15:00 on your day of arrival until 11:00, on your date of departure.

Please note: swimming pool times must be pre-booked in advance. 45 minute slots are available daily, subject to availability. Due to demand pool times may be restricted to one 45-minute slot per person.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations and amendments can be made on flexible rates no later than 16:00 the day before your arrival. Cancellations received after this time will incur a non-arrival charge based on your first nights accommodation. The credit card number used to guarantee your reservation will be charged. Cancellations are not permitted on pre-paid rates including our Advanced Saver.

Spa and golf leisure breaks need to be cancelled no later than seven (7) days prior to your arrival. Cancellations received after this time will incur a non-arrival charge based on the entire leisure break price. The credit card number used to guarantee your reservation will be charged.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

Our services, products and menu choices are subject to change or may have to alter from our arranged, regular and advertised offering (at very short notice) or be cancelled due to staff shortage and/or supply chain issues out of our control. A refund will be given for non-delivery of service, however there is no entitlement to receive any compensation.

In the event of circumstances (including, but not limited to, increases in the standard rate of VAT and increases applied by vendors/third party suppliers), the Hotel reserves the right to vary the prices published at the time the reservation was made.
