Local Sales Manager

We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our busy Sales Team. This role is responsible for selling to Direct Bookers within a given territory. Working closely with the Sales and Hotel Management team, the ideal candidate is expected to sell all services of the hotel to ensure revenue targets are met.

Food & Beverage Manager

We're on the hunt for an F&B Manager to join our senior management team. The role will be to oversee the F&B operations which consists of a main hotel restaurant and bars as well as various M&E rooms with the largest for up to 400 guests.

You will be working with the teams in the F&B department to ensure and manage to deliver the required high standards which includes guest satisfaction as well as managing to achieve sales targets and departmental budgets and also controlling costs for liquor GP,wage costs and also the food GP margins.

The person required will have an in depth knowledge of large F&B operations and be able to work with the teams to offer support, training as well as team development.

Leisure Club Pool Attendant

We are currently looking for a part-time pool attendant to join our friendly Leisure Club team.

Typical duties include monitoring activities in the swimming pool to prevent accidents, inspecting facilities for cleanliness and testing water and chlorine levels on a regular basis. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. A can do attitude and willingness to learn will go a long way.
