Spa Guide

Everyone has a first time spa experience and we hope to make it more enjoyable with our simple know-how guide.

Arrival
The spa receptionist will greet you upon arrival, explaining the day's schedule to you as well as the facilities you can enjoy during your visit.
Please notify our staff if you are pregnant or have any special medical considerations so that appropriate treatments can be recommended.

Preparation
We recommend that no alcohol is consumed immediately prior to your spa experience and that you consume plenty of water following any treatments. Water is provided poolside, in the gymnasium and in the waiting area.

What to Bring
Robes and towels are provided on each visit (Please be advised that a £10 refundable deposit will be required upon arrival). Our changing rooms are also fully equipped with hair dryers and shower gel. Lockers are provided with keys held at the Country Club reception.

What to Wear

  • Spa
Prior to your spa treatment we would advise changing into the bath robe and slippers that are provided to allow for maximum relaxation. It is advisable to wear underwear or swimwear underneath, although we can provide you with disposable briefs if you prefer. Please be assured that all of our therapists are highly trained and your modesty will be protected at all times.
  • Studio and Gym
We would recommend that guests dress for comfort in a t-shirt or vest with stretch trousers or shorts. Trainers must be worn for classes and use of the gymnasium.
  • Sauna and Steam Room
The sauna is situated within our pool area and is unisex. Suitable swimwear must be worn at all times.
  • Restaurants
Feel free to wear your bathrobe when dining in the Brasserie or Sports Bar.

Spa Time
In order to make the most of your treatment, we would recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. This will allow you time to familiarise yourself with your surroundings and ensure you are relaxed prior to being collected by your therapist. Please be advised that treatment times include preparation and consultation.

Courtesy
We ask that all mobile phones be turned off in all areas of the Country Club & Spa with the exception of the reception area to ensure tranquillity and to allow you to relax along with our other guests.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the appointment time, otherwise the full treatment price will be charged unless the time can be re-sold.
